This site is for world wide postally used stamp collectors to trade their duplicate stamps as well as provide information on the collection of precancel and perfin stamps.   I have been a collector for over 40 years and the stamps I am trading have been acquired from accumulations of purchases, Kiloware (soaked and sorted), and extras from trades with other collectors.    My stamps are mounted on Scott International blank pages which have layouts created by hand or software.
